Celiac, Gluten and Diet

Join UPS for DownS as we learn from Dr. Stefano Guandalini about Celiac disease. Dr. Guandailini is an internationally recognized expert whose research has greatly influenced the way celiac disease is diagnosed and treated today. Dr. Guandalini created the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center. He is the president of the Federation of International Societies for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
Along with Dr. Guandalini will be Lara Field, a dietitian who will discuss dietetic and nutritional issues, with practical advice about living gluten-free.
Registration is not necessary to attend the meeting.
Free on-site child care is available for parents attending the meeting, but space is limited. YOU MUST RSVP FOR CHILD CARE.
